what are these sleeping disorders my doctor just topl me i have i forgot the names.?

my doctor told me i have this problem when i sleep my throat closes and i stop breatj=hing and anothere when i cant sleep because i get heat flashes during the night and i dont get enoguh sleep

That sounds like sleep apnea. But I would talk to your doctor again if you are unsure.
