Hello .. I have MS and I also occasional sleeplessness. My Dr. prescribed Ambien, but first it has just left a total mess! I could not take it if I spent a whole day after to recover. The second drug was "Sonata" which was much better. Is not leave me feeling "hungover" the next day and I can even take the nights when I have to be early.
