Sleep apnea?
I am overweight and IM 15. For the last 3 months IVE known daytime fatigue and decreased concentration. I went to the doctor and he found nothing wrong. He told me to cut and exersise. I havent had any caffeine in three months. I went to the doctor a month ago. I started walking today. I went twice around the block. I'm not sure what's causing it. I notice that I'm going to bed very late and rising late in the day. I sleep nine hours and still sleepy. I need some advice in addition to seeing the doctor for this? How do I sleep better at night? These spells come and go. Can I get tired as long as five days and then goes away for a few days back.
It is possible that you are getting to sleep much. Sometimes it will throw off your body time and make you feel tired. Do you snore? You may be waking up and without even knowing it. This will create sleep disturbances (similar to sleep apnea) which causes the feeling tired all day. Another factor could be just your age. You're due and your hormones are out of control. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it could be much, much

Disasociative idenity disorder and the hospital.?
I did and it is bad. feeling really out of control and change my desire come to really bad. I change 5-6. Two are bad. they want me to hurt and die and the other wants to hurt and Rampage. I'm on drugs but the impression that I am not better. I would go to the hospital but are more at night and release me or they say I can not enter because I do not have sleep apnea and medical devices are allowed in the courtroom. The nurse told the DR I'm too complicated for them. I saw Hawaii and if I want to go to another island, they say no, because my local needs to treat me. It is called care field. I want to go to Honolulu for help but no one send me or help me. My psychiatrist is a quack and talks to me and ridicule. I can, t find another doctor who takes Medicare or Medicaid. I need help. The local clinic is only open to very very sever mental illness because of budget cuts and they say I t qualify. help me please.
I was in a psychiatric hospital several times. They do not offer a miracle we do not know. They do not give your medication. So you can take your medicines out of the hospital. There is no difference. You find another psychiatrist, if you do not like the current one and ask to try another medication so if you think that if you take it is not sufficient or does not work.

How can I treat sleep apnea without CPAP?
Sometimes just losing 10 pounds can help remarkably. You can also get a bed that adjusts and allows the head of the bed to be in an elevated position which keeps the airways open and you can sleep and breathe much better. You really need to "deal" with him somehow, though … it can be fatal.
